These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ase44 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and support services available at ase44.pro. By registering an account or continuing to use ase44, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

ase44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using ase44 in any capacity, you enter into a legally binding agreement with ase44 and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. This agreement takes effect from the moment you create an account or place a bet on ase44.pro, whichever is earlier.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on ase44, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and any future gaming products that may be introduced to the platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

To use ase44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Providing false information to circumvent these requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ase44 strictly prohibits gambling for anyone under 21 years old.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on ase44 or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any third party.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access ase44's full range of games and betting markets, you must register a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and will be closed, with any associated balances forfeited.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Submitting false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

• Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential at all times.
• Notify ase44 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• ase44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

KYC Verification

ase44 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, or payment method documentation before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ase44 supports a range of popular Bangladeshi payment methods to make deposits and withdrawals fast and convenient for all players. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

Deposit Policy

Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi mobile banking and bank transfer options. ase44 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges. Players are solely responsible for any fees levied by their payment provider.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests. ase44 targets same-day processing for verified accounts during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

• Withdrawals may be subject to a minimum threshold of ৳500 or as otherwise displayed in the cashier.
• Funds must not be withdrawn if they represent proceeds from bonus wagering that has not yet met the rollover requirement.
• ase44 reserves the right to conduct additional checks before approving any withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ase44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and special event promotions tied to Bangladesh's major sporting and cultural calendar — such as BPL season offers, Pohela Boishakh promotions, and Eid specials.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside each individual offer:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be completed within the stated validity window. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from your account balance.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• ase44 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ase44. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or false identity documents.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of cheating that distorts the integrity of any game or sporting event.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Money laundering or using ase44 as a mechanism to conceal, transfer, or legitimize proceeds from illegal activity.
• Opening multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other individuals to circumvent platform rules or exploit bonus offers.

ase44's decision on any matter relating to prohibited activity is final. Players found in breach of these rules will have no claim to any funds held in their account at the time of suspension.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ase44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including any loss of funds, data, or business opportunity. ase44 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to its services; scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical outages may occur.

In all cases, ase44'smaximum aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

ase44 takes the privacy of its players seriously. The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
